Ognjen specializes in resolving disputes by means of commercial and investment arbitration. He regularly represents clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including the ICSID, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICC, and SCC Rules.

Ognjen represents parties in litigation and enforcement proceedings before courts and is currently involved in several high-stakes litigation proceedings. His experience in representing clients spans across various sectors such as energy, construction, real estate and financial services.

Ognjen Ćipović has worked in a leading international arbitration boutique in Paris with whom he still cooperates and in two leading U.S. law firms in their Frankfurt offices. He regularly publishes in the area of international investment and commercial arbitration. Ognjen Ćipović holds a master’s degree from Saarland University, Germany and an LL.B from the University of Montenegro. Ognjen speaks English, German and Russian.

He is admitted to the Bar in Montenegro.
